• At an early stage, the only thing that matters is product-market fit. Growth is a good proxy, but not the full picture.
• Make connections, build them and nurture them. They end up being useful.
• Talk to users. When you don't know what to do, talk to users. Don't rush to do exactly what they tell you. Analyse carefully. Then act. Talking to users is necessary, not sufficient.
